I'm a local ,fancy hair and smiles exit the salon.

DONT GO HERE ITS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING…………….. I CAME HERE WITH MY BESTIE WHICH ALSO LEFT A REVIEW OF HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS. WE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1:30 FOR AN EYELASH LIFT AND TINT WHICH WE BOTH PAYED 120 EACH. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE PLACE WAS CLOSED AND WE HAD TO GO CALL THE OWNER JUST TO BE TOLD SHES OUT FOR LUNCH DURING OUR APPOINTMENT TIME. WE WAITED OUT SIDE AND SHE GOT THERE 10 MINUTES LATER. SHE TOOK US IN SHE TOOK ME FIRST AND PUT ME IN THIS LITTLE ROOM AND GOT STARTED WHILE SHE LEFT MY FRIEND IN THE WAITING ROOM SHE GOT STARTED ON ME FIRST AND DURING THE TIME SHE LETS THE PRODUCT SIT SHE STARTED ON MY FRIEND. BUT WHEN SHE WAS DONE AND WAS LETING BOTH OF US SIT WITH THE PRODUCT ON SHE STARTED TO VACUUM AND MOP. ALSO BY THE WAY SHE ALSO WASN'T USING GLOVES WHILE WORKING WITH MY EYES WHICH IS CRAZY. (ALSO MY BOYFRIEND AND MY BESTIES BOYFRIEND WATCHED THE WHOLE THING). THE TIME WAS UP AND SHE CONTINUED PUTTING PRODUCTS ON MINE AND MY FRIENDS EYELASHES. WE FELT IT GOING INTO OUR EYES BUT SHE WAS SO DISTRACTED CLEANING AND TAKING ON THE PHONE THAT US SAYING ANYTHING WASN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING. AFTER WE WERE DONE WITH THE 2 HOURS SHE HAD US THERE SHE MADE A TIKTOK OF MINE AND I HAD MY EYES CLOSED FOR SO LONG WITH PRODUCT GOING IN THEM THAT I COULDN'T SEE WELL AT THE MOMENT BUT SHE WAS HYPING ME UP TELLING ME HOW GOOD THEY LOOK SO I BELIEVED IT AND I GO TO MY FRIEND TO SEE HOW HERS ARE SHE THEY LOOKED WEIRD AND SHE TOLD US BY THE NEXT DAY THEY WILL BE PERFECT SO WE PAY AND LEAVE. WE GET TO THE CAR JUST TO SEE OUR LASHES ALL MESSED UP AND MY FRIENDS LASHES WHERE ALL HARD AND STIFF SO WE JUST LET IS SLIDE SINCE SHE SAID THEY WILL BE FINE THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY COMES JUST FOR ME TO WAKE UP WITH A BURN ABOVE MY LASHES AND MY LASHES WERE A MESSS AND MY FRIENDS WHERE WORSE THEY WEREN’T EVEN LIFTED ANYMORE IT WAS A WASTE OF 120 EACH AND 2 HOURS. MY FRIEND WENT BACK TO GET REFUNDED BUT THE OWNER WHICH WAS THE PERSON THAT DID MY LASHES AND MY FRIENDS REFUSED AND ONLY GAVE MY FRIEND 40 DOLLARS OUT OF 120 AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND TOLD MY FRIEND TO TAKE HER TO COURT LIKE HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN ITS DIRTY AND THE OWNER IS DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE JUST SCAMMING PEOPLE.

Do not go here! My best friend and I booked our appointment 2 days in advance for a lash lift & tint. We got there and the salon was locked, we called and the owner (Isabel) said she was on her lunch - during our appointment time. We had our appointment for 1:30 and she took us at 1:50. To speed things up she put my friend in the room lying down and got her started and then put me in a salon chair and did mine. She did not use gloves when doing my lashes, and before she added tint she was vacuuming and mopping. My eyes were watering because she was not only putting the product on my lashes but in my eyes which burned and hurt. When she was cleaning around my lashes she left sticky residue all over my eyelid. The next day my left eyes eyelashes were ALREADY falling and flat. I went to ask for a refund and she told me she could redo it and i politely declined and asked for my money because it wasn’t done right. She then proceeded to argue with me because the job was already done and she wasted her time and her product. I told her I understand but 1. I wasn’t happy with the results, 2. It was not done properly or sanitary, I asked if she could at least give me half back. I kept arguing with her and she refused to give me a refund and so she did not give me half but I got some of my money back. I was not happy at all and I will not be returning.

I really like coming here and it’s really good service, very organized, clean, and the manicures and pedicures are my favorite. So Michele Idrovo, you’re just exaggerating and told your brother to say something about your ”ruined hair”. Besides that I love the hair cuts and the styles they make turn out really nice. All the workers deserve 5/5 stars! So come on to Isabel Mia beauty salon where you should leave satisfied.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! DIRTY! **** THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED AND SHUT DOWN! I arrived and was the first one there and had me waiting an hour! only one girl was available. the owner (Isabel) asked me to wait as she wanted to run her errands first, she came back with a smoothie 30 minutes later!!!!! I asked for my hair to be cut in layers and trimmed down. the stylist (a Columbian lady) AVOID HER!!!! combed all my hair to the front and cut about 7 inches off! I was in shock I specifically told her not to cut more than 3 inches as my hair is curly and shrinks more. There are no layers in my hair, she cut my hair in about 2 minutes and never did anything to fix my bangs or ends, my hair now looks like a WIG. After seeing the results of a HORRIBLE haircut I had a bit of hope with getting acrylic nails. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!! They do not sterilize their tools whatsoever, they even reuse their ORANGE sticks!!!! I skipped the paint job to avoid spending another hour, they are understaffed and unskilled, I was there for 4 hours!!!! After this NIGHTMARE she charged me an additional $50 for my hair being styled! I would have no problem paying if the job was well done!1 week later I decided to take off the acrylic nails and see my nail has fungus!!!!! not shocked. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! ****if you need your nails done id recommend MAGGIES NAIL SALON that is across the street. and L & A SALON by FRANCESCAS *I normally do not write reviews but I NEEDED TO WARN anyone who is thinking of coming here*
